Who receives it
Only the BALOO Toilettage team. We rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf: our website host and database (Lovable / Supabase, servers in the EU), SumUp for bookings and payments once online booking opens, and our accounting firm Suissa Expert comptable, which sees client invoices. WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages you send us there.
Some providers may transfer data outside the EU; when they do, they are bound by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
